Code of Conduct
Our company is determined to set and maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in our business.
This is why the Board of Directors and the management felt the need to introduce this Corporate Code of Conduct, which reflects the demands of modern day governance and the professionalism required by regulators across the entire spectrum of our business. Professionalism and the objective self-detachment which goes with it, is what our customers want and the public is entitled to expect.
Our business is about providing financial protection, and about preserving assets; we sell promises and peace of mind, and we are expected to give fair and genuine advice. The very nature of our business requires the highest possible standards of professional and ethical conduct from all directors, officers, officials, full-time and part-time, contract and casual personnel at MSV Life.
This Code should be regarded as a platform for improving the reputation of our brand promise, and in distinguishing our company from others.
The success that MSV has enjoyed, and the future successes that we expect to enjoy, depend upon our conducting ourselves in a fair and ethical manner. Our strength derives from our integrity and accountability in the manner in which we conduct our business.
The trust that our shareholders, customers, business partners and the communities in which we operate place in MSV is a valuable asset. Each of us, as a member of MSV, has a personal responsibility to guard this trust, maintain it, and strengthen it.
We strengthen this trust as we deliver on our promises, and trust is eroded should we break a promise. Trust is also eroded by irresponsible or unethical behaviour.
