MAPFRE MSV Life has renewed its support to Business Leaders Malta as a Gold Sponsor of their annual conference. The theme of this year’s event is “Breaking the rules” and the organisers have announced that they are expecting a full house at this year’s event with the conference theme and content having generated a lot of interest and expectation amongst delegates.
Speaking during the presentation of the MAPFRE MSV Life sponsorship, Morgan Parnis, CEO of Business Leaders Malta said: “Push boundaries. Break the norm. Throw out the rule book! Mr. Parnis announced that BLM is looking forward to host over 350 business people to a sold-out conference on the 23rd of February.

Mr. Parnis said that during this year’s Business Leaders Malta Conference, delegates will be hearing about some interesting findings about the different generations in the workforce. “Based on our understanding that companies are having to deal with multiple generations at the workplace, we commissioned a study to gauge the current situation of the labour market. Knowing the similarities and differences that exist between generations X, Y and Z will help organisations to plan their next move when it comes to attracting, engaging, retaining and developing talent,” said Mr. Parnis.
